Cheesecake with mango

Take some time until it is ready but it's worth, its a verry delicious dessert.


Ingredients: 

-200 gr-crackers;
-100 gr of butter;
-300 gr tartinabila cheese;
-7 tablespoons sugar;
-3 tablespoons flour;-2 mangoes;
-3 sheets of gelatin;
-150 gr sour cream;
-1 vanilla essence;
-4 eggs.

Prepartion:

The Biscuits are given through the blender, along with 4 tablespoons sugar, then add the melted butter. Put in shape, leveled and Bake 10 minutes.
Mix with cream cheese, a little salt, 2 tablespoons sugar, vanilla, eggs and flour. Put the filling over the biscuit dough, leveled and bake at low heat for 1 hour.
Mango cut and get through the blender. And has thus obtained is put on fire together with 200 ml of water and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Let it boil till it drops, then leave to cool. When cooled put and gelatin. Jelly obtained pour over cheesecake. Let it cool a few hours, then serve.
