- 25 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g finely chopped pistachios
Method:
With a special spoon, remove 25 cups of vanilla ice cream in a 500g box. Place spheres on a tray and leave in the freezer 1 hour until they are solid. Melt 200g dark chocolate and sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios 100g on a tray. Immerse the ice balls using a toothpick into the liquid chocolate, and then passing the mastic and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Serve immediately being removed from the freezer
