Baked Pancakes

Ingredients:


1 egg
60 ml of milk
30 gr flour
some lemon peel
1/2 tablespoon butter

For powder:

1 tablespoon vanilla Powdered sugar
cinnamon
maple syrup

Preparation:

       Preheat oven to 220C with pan in it. You use a 15 cm pan that goes in the oven, preferably cast iron.
Beat egg with milk and some lemon zest. Add the flour and stir quickly just until flour is no longer visible. Do not mix more, even if it has lumps.
Add the butter to the pan and let the oven heat the butter until fine.
