American Pancakes with blueberries. If you not add blueberries, you can finally make honey or chocolate syrup
Ingredients :
- 200 g blueberries
- 180 g flour
- 60 g sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs Small
- 470 ml buttermilk
- 20g melted butter
- Pieces: 15
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
Separately beat eggs well, add buttermilk and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Mix well.
Pour this mixture over the flour and stir, but not much, until flour is no longer visible, even if lumps remain in the batter.
Heat a pan well. Sprinkle some water and if it sizzle, then the pan is hot enough. Now turn the heat on medium to small binding. Pancakes are not high heat!
Using a silicone basting brush the pan with melted butter.
Add a tablespoon of pancake with the back of spoon and shape the circle. Sprinkle blueberries over pancake and press them gently with his hand between good dumplings. Fry until you see the edge pancake is dry, about 2 minutes. Using a wide turn pancake and cook for 2 minutes. Repeat until you have the dough.
