Blackberry liqueur

Ingredients:


- 2 kg blackberries;


- 1.5 kg sugar;


- 1 l  70% alcohol;


- 500 ml plum brandy.


Preparation : 


      Blackberries wash them well and leave them to drain. Put blackberries in a big jar, put half the amount of sugar and alcohol, and then let the jar three weeks in a dark place. Mix well content, add remaining sugar and plum brandy, and still leave three weeks.


When serving  sneak the liquor. Drink up!
