Chicken livers wrapped in bacon side


Ingredients:


- 500 gr chicken liver;


- 1 tablespoon butter;


- 500 gr bacon side sliced ​​thin;


- 1 sprig rosemary;


- Granulated garlic;


- greenery;


- Salt and pepper.


   Wash thoroughly livers, and ii partitioned so as to be small enough to be able to wrap in bacon side. Melt the butter and when it foams put rosemary and livers. Fried chicken livers for 1-2 minutes, then remove them to a paper towel to absorb excess fat.


Sprinkle livers with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, then put some greenery wrapped in bacon side and fix in 1-2 toothpicks. Livers bake at 180 C for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
