
- 500 g strawberries
- 250 ml dry wine (red or rose)
- 150 ml water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 2-3 leaves mint
To serve :
- sliced strawberries
- marshmallows
- vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
Boil wine, water and sugar. Bring to the boil and in that moment you on fire 5 minutes.
Strawberries cleaned the stem and cut into two or four, place in hot wine. The fire goes out and cover with a lid. Let stand 10 minutes.
Add mint and mix all the blender. Pass the soup through a fine sieve obtained. What remains in the sieve (less pulp with seeds) empty.
Place the soup in the refrigerator. If you hurry you can in the freezer for a while to cool rush.
Serve:
- place slices of fresh strawberries in bowl and sprinkle with some crushed meringue. Put a marshmallow on top. Pour cold soup around.
