For 3-4 servings you need: 2 cups spinach leaves, 1/2 cucumber, some celery leaves, 1/2 bunch parsley leaves, 1 bunch mint leaves, 3 carrots, 2 apples, 1 / 4 orange, 1/4 lime, 1/4 lemon and 1/4 pineapple. Mix all ingredients in blender.
Energizing smoothie with bananas
A glass is less than 250 calories. This combination is suitable for summer mornings as it refreshes you and gives you energy for the whole day.
For 2 servings you need: 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 yogurt creamy, 4-6 ice cubes and a little cinnamon.

You need: 1 peach, 2 tablespoons of creamy avocado, 1/3 cup strawberries, 3/4 cup yogurt, 3 tablespoons pomegranate juice, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients in blender until you get the desired consistency.

You need: 1 cup water or vegetable milk, 1 tablespoon flax seeds, 1 cup raspberries, 1 banana, 1/4 cup spinach, 1 tablespoon almond butter, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Mix all ingredients in blender.
