Roulade with cheese and spinach

Ingredients:


- 6 egg yolks;
- 6 tablespoons flour;
- 6 tablespoons cream;
- 800 grams of spinach 
- Salt and pepper.

Cheese Filling:
- 150 gr fresh cow cheese;
- 150 gr feta cheese;
- 1/2 onion;
- several threads of dill
- Salt and pepper.

Preparation:

    Spinach scald and drain the water. Mix yolks with cream and flour, then add the spinach, salt and pepper to taste. They beat egg foam, and foam incorporate the spinach mixture.
