Indian spicy potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 sweet potatoes, cut into thick slices
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 red onion, sliced ​​thin
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 6-9 pita bread or tortillas
  • 150ml yogurt
  • 1 bunch cilantro 


Method:

- Heat oven to 200 ° C. Mix the potatoes well with paprika, a tablespoon of oil, cumin seeds, garam masala, salt and pepper in abundance, are placed on a tray. Bake 25-35 minutes (turn the other side halfway through), until they are tender and golden.
- Meanwhile, fry the onion in the remaining oil for a few minutes until it becomes soft part is added while mixing the lime juice and sugar, salt and pepper, then shut the fire.
