Eggnog |
- 250 g of alcohol
- 4 egg yolks,
- 500 g sugar
- 500 ml milk and
- a stick of vanilla.
Method:
For eggnog, milk boil with the sugar and vanilla for ten minutes, the soft fire. Meanwhile, rub raw yolks until they become white. After the milk has cooled, put it over the eggs a little, like mayonnaise, rubbing continuously. After, put alcohol, turn slightly, then pour in the bottle and put it on ice. It can keep a year without degradation. If you want to make chocolate cocktail, put in boiling milk 2 tablespoons cocoa, otherwise it is the same composition.
Eggnog is served cold. It can be served with whipped cream on top.
