Apple diet lasts more than 5 days, otherwise the body can suffer from deprivation of other nutrients. Lunch: an apple, sprinkled with lemon 200 g tuna with steamed vegetables garnish
Dinner: March 1, a bowl of cereal with skim milk whole

Lunch: March 1, a vegetable salad with chicken breast 200g
Dinner: 2 apples
